swimming under the stars....
2 nites in a row of swimming can really really take out all your energy. that's wat i feel, at least. well, give it some time, i reckon. been too long since i went out and did any form of exercise. for a start, swimming is good, especially for my breathing. only recently that i remembered that during secondary school, mr. asthma seldom come and pay a visit. but since the past 5 years or so, he comes and goes just as and when he likes. till i have to bring along my inhaler almost everywhere. aarrrgghhh..... back then, in secondary school, swimming was one of my weekly activity alongside with other sports.
for now, all i need is to build back the stamina that i used to have, to tone up all those flabs on me. i have delayed this whole thing for sooo long now. and now, with the housemates, we intend to do brisk walking more often and go for a swim at least twice a week or even more maybe.
after saying that, however, i'm taking a break from swimming tonite as, i have some other thing to do tonite.... hehehe....
going to catch this tonite with liza at the actor's studio. the cip kodok will be among the line up for tonite.
