a long, long, long day....
had a super whooper long day today. but, i am not really tired tho.. hehhehe...
i woke up abt abt 6 in the morning for the normal duties that i have to do every single morning... left the house at abt quarter past 7 to send the begedil at adam rd food ctr. then.. had breakfast alone at burger king, thomson plaza before heading home. i had scramble egg platter with bacon... yummy.. cept that the bacon was a lil overcooked. reached home at abt half past 10.
read the newspapers and start to on the system and log on to the net. was just surfing around, downloading songs, checking mails, when noorliza messaged me on msn asking me a favour which till now i still dont believe i did it... hehehe... she asked me if i cld be a make up artiste for her friend's group for a photoshoot... dun even ask me why i agreed to help... hehhehe.... the last time i did make up for other ppl was way back in secondary school, for malay dance performances....
so, off i go... suppose to meet noorliza at abt 1230hrs at ang mo kio mrt, but both arrived abt 10mins to 1pm... got some stuffs... and then.. off we go to yio chu kang mrt to meet one of her friend. from there, we took a cab to techpoint building, heading to mediacorp publishing's office. only then i knew that the photoshoot was for manja (either jan or feb issue). there, waiting for us, were the guys from bhumiband. a local band. nice guys tho. hafeez from ria welcomed us at the entrance. once inside the studio, my work began.... hahhaha.. well, it was kinda easy tho... just need to put some foundation, a dash of blusher and some lipcolour to the guys, and they were ready to go. the photoshoot was fun tho... the guys are naturals... they were very comfortable throughout the photoshoot... and they look great in the pictures too..... just too bad that in times like this, i forgot to take out my camera.... damn!!!
after the photoshoot, helped the guys cleanse their make up, and we were heading to ang mo kio central to makan.... had mee soto... yummy....
from there, went to yai's place... nuthing much tho... nyai sal cooked laksa... not really fond of laksa tho... so.. i had to look for other food which i didnt bother looking.. hehhehe.. left just after maghrib...
reached home.. did some chores and somehow, an arrangement was being made to meet up with zuraina. we decided to just chill out at coffee bean at junction 8, rather than going elsewhere. met her at abt almost to 10pm. talked and laughed and giggled and talked all the way.... been quite a while since we actually share stuffs... hehehhe... it was great.... thanks mel!! it was a great nite!!
zuraina took the last train home. i took the feeder bus back home. and both of us reached home at almost the same time. and here i am typing all this. i shld be hitting the sack soon...

my baby.....
my baby turns 14 today. what a grown up she is now. too heavy for me to carry around. too much meat for me to bite. hehehehe... too big for me to keep track of all her doings. oh well... she's not a lil kid anymore, i reckon.

tired.
i am just too tired to update anything when there's lots of things to update. went to jb yesterday with a friend. the going part was such a breeze, but on our way back, it was disaster. just too tired when i reached home yesterday. but still, i continued to bake the honey cornflakes. altogether, 7 boxes of cornflakes had been used, another 4 to go. shld finish them by today, i hope. slept at abt 0615hrs just now. i guess shld be sleeping at ard only when ppl are waking up all the way till raya. 2 yrs not being at home to help with the preparation, and this yr, its really really taking up lots of my energy. doesnt help when u gotta do everything alone - from baking, to cleaning, to painting, everything.
i wish i have some magical wand that i cld just point and change to how i want things to be.

after a few weeks of sleeping really really late, yesterday, i was actually in bed at abt 9pm and slept all the way till 6.30am. been sooo long since i had an early nite. i guess now that raya is just a lil more than a week away, dont think i can sleep early again anytime soon. hehhehe... better start to get the butt moving..
