magnificient, extravaganza, marvellous, bravo!!!
those are the words to describe last night's show. or those words are just too little to describe such a magical performance by all the cast last night. the songs are still lingering in my mind, the powerful yet soulful voices by the cast really really captivate me. the energy showed by the cast were endless, everything about it was just sooo..... oohh.... i cant describe it anymore. u dont have to believe a word that i say, coz, u really gotta see to know how i am feeling.
a newspaper article was commenting abt Hang Tuah being pelat and the singing wasnt merdu and what nots. i wonder who did the review. hehe.... so, i was particularly trying to hear the pelat-ness of Hang Tuah. but there wasnt any at all. he spoke well, and his singing, goodness me, really really broadway style. reminds me of moulin rouge tho. hehe...
for the whole 3hrs (2030hrs - 2330hrs) with just abt 20mins break in between, i just sat in the theater. well, it is a world class theater, or at least look like one to me. the stage amazes me actually. heahhea... it does really live up to its name - Istana Budaya, Teater Antarabangsa. i think after this, i would be a frequent face in istana budaya. hehe... but then again, they will be staging Lantai T Pinkie in april. dont think i can catch the show as it'll be running only for 3 days and those 3 days, i got a wedding to run... maybe the next show. 
my tix at 50% off, RM35 and the program book that cost RM2o. (i dunno that we have to pay for the program book... normally i thought it has always been free... hhhmmm..... oh well..)

before the show, the kodoks (as what 'we' are known!! hahaha) gathered at the said location and the cip kodok, the big man himself, afdlin was distributing the tickets to us. 
afdlin and me and his cute little daughter, mia zara. so cute tau, geram aku. and very friendly too. she actually grabbed my arms and started swinging herself. tak cute tu?? nasib baik dia tak pegang the prohibited area. she held the upper arms... heahea... and she can just peluk2 like as if dah kenal lama. terharu aku dibuatnye, beb. (see his hands on my shoulder and touching my hair... hehehe.... nak elak... tapi apakan daya... tak kesampaian... endure jer lah.. hehehe.. nasib baik kejap jer... hehehhe....)
okies liza, this is for u... hehhe... actually, i asked before u text me for it. so, technically its mine lah. but we can share, okies. hehhee... dengan rajin cip kodok draw that character (or watever u call that thing on the left. hehe) should see his face when he was doing it. hehhe..
well, the show ended abt 2340hrs, and two nice samaritans kodoks, dila and eton, offered to send me home. i took a cab there and literally shld be taking a cab back home but i aint too sure if it was easy to get a cab there. but really.. i tak buat muka kesian that they offered me to send me back home. kan dila kan kan kan?? betul, tak bedek. i am truly truly greatful to both of them that they actually offered to drive a total stranger whom they just met a few minutes, home. and this stranger might be a total psycho for what they know. but, dila being a nice kodok, she offered to drive me home. thank you dila and eton. i just cant thank you enough. *smiles*

there, i told you i was going to have a great night last nite. and it was INDEED a marvellous nite. going back to spore this evening. hope i'll have a great rest in the bus later. hehehe...
