i hate it when they give customer service officers dont know their product or just simply being rude or just take it easy attitude. 
my siemens phone went off on me yet another time. so i sent it in for servicing last friday, and they told me, it wld take 1-3 days for it to be ready. so, by sunday, no calls from them, i decided to call. 
"oh sorry mem, our technician is still working on the fault, we will call u once its ready."
so, yesterday, i called again asking if my phone is ready for collection.
siemens: "oh sorry mem, our technician is still working on the fault."
me : "so when will it be ready?"
siemens : "i'm not too sure abt that, but we will call you once it is ready."
me: "do u think u can call be before 6 to confirm?"
siemems : "sure mem, we'll call u."
i waited till 6, but still there wasnt any call from them. so, i give it another day. 
called at abt lunch just now. 
me : "so, is my phone ready for collection?"
siemens : "oh sorry mem, the technician is still working on your phone."
me: "when will it be ready then? u told me u gonna call me yesterday, but there wasnt any call."
siemens : "its because all our staff were busy and there were a whole name list. about your phone, it seems that the whole motherboard needs to be changed."
me: "busy? everyone is busy, so if u said u gonna call, then make the call. so when exactly will my phone be ready?"
siemens : "it will take about 1 to 2 weeks, as the motherboard needs to be change."
me: "huh?? 1 to 2 weeks? i need my phone urgently. i will be going overseas next week. can u pls tell me exactly when will it be ready? 1 to 2 weeks is a long time."
siemens : "i am not too sure mem. the head office says its 1 to 2 weeks."
me : "that's the best u can tell me? its not good. i want an answer."
siemens :"i dunno when exactly the shipment will come. there's no answer."
me: " what u mean there is no answer? the answer is there for u to find. so find it and let me know."
siemens: " i cant do anything about it mem."
me : "what kind of customer service officer are u when u cannot do anything? all i need is my phone. i hope u go an find the answer and i want a status on my phone by friday."
siemens: "i dont think it will be ready by friday, mem."
me: "i just want to know about the status about my phone, whether it is ready or not. "
siemens : "i try mem."
me: " i am expecting a call from u. what is your name?"
siemens: "samantha"
basically the conversation went on like that. well.. there were more, and to me, she wasnt being helpful, and i know i am being difficult. but it's my phone, for goodness sake!!! call me lame, but when come to customer service, i expect good service, not some cincai bochai kinda service. 
imagine... 2 weeks just to repair the phone and they are not even offering a replacement phone for rent. dammit. fuck it man. wont be buying siemens phone anymore. even tho the phone is damn stylo and good, but if the service still sucks, i wont be supporting it.
